Afternoons are spent lounging on daybeds, sipping terrific cocktails, listening to great tunes and taking the occasional dip in the infinity plunge pool. Lunch is a fun Tapas menu, made for sharing, and with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Head chef Simon Christey-French is passionate about food and a master of his trade.
