This exclusive pairing experience offers a feast for the mind and body while revealing the heart of Clase Azul Spirits through the values and cultural traditions that inspire them.

A Taste of Culture is tucked privately behind our Los Cabos boutique at the Shoppes at Palmilla, in the heart of Los Cabos. We invite you to discover our spirits, experience your senses, and enjoy our culture at this pairing curated by Clase Azul executive chef Gil Covarrubias. Learn the history and traditions that inspire Clase Azul’s spirits as you savor the distinct tasting notes and aromas that make our products exceptional.

A Taste of Culture introduces five of our product icons and provides a new and memorable perspective on the complex, rich and tasteful cuisine and traditions of Mexico. The inspiration for this experience is the most iconic Mexican plant: the agave. This regal plant, considered magical to many native indigenous cultures, is at the core of this journey, where guests will discover our most exquisite creations from Mexico—including tequilas Clase Azul Plata, Reposado, Añejo, Ultra, and Clase Azul’s Mezcal Durango.
