We were enamored with the hotel’s luxurious décor, panoramic views, and the beautiful Dubai skyline. During our stay, we experienced elevated hospitality with personalized butler service, an exquisite selection of dining venues, and a lovely infinity pool. The hotel’s direct access to Nakheel Mall and proximity to Dubai’s premier attractions offers a perfect blend of convenience and exclusivity, ideal for travelers who appreciate refined experiences in an iconic setting

Every room includes a signature St. Regis feather-soft mattress with premium Frette linens and down-filled pillows for a profoundly rejuvenating sleep. There is also a dedicated seating area, a spacious and well-arranged wardrobe, and a minibar stocked with curated refreshments. High-end touches include a spacious marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub, rainfall shower, double vanity, and luxury bath amenities. I particularly admire and value the acclaimed 24-hour St. Regis Butler Service, which effortlessly handles every request, from unpacking to organizing exclusive excursions, ensuring my needs are met without delay.

Like the other suites, our suite, the Metropolitan Suite, provided panoramic views through grand floor-to-ceiling windows, and separate living and sleeping areas, perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Glamorous details, such as plush sofas, custom lighting, and a full dining area, create a refined atmosphere. Suites also include a spacious walk-in wardrobe, an expanded marble bathroom with double vanities, a rainfall shower, and a deep soaking tub. We, of course, took full advantage of the signature St. Regis Butler Service, offering us 24-hour personalized assistance, tailored to our needs and preferences.
Rüya, a Michelin Guide-selected restaurant, showcases contemporary Anatolian cuisine in an authentic and inspiring atmosphere. We enjoyed premium Anatolian wines, specialty cocktails, signature cocktails, and carefully crafted entries, making it a fantastic dining experience mixing tradition with innovation. The interiors are deeply rooted in Turkish culture, seamlessly combining the ancient with the modern. The space showcases design elements drawn from the grandeur of the Byzantine and Ottoman eras, featuring ornate three-dimensional tiles, meticulously handmade Turkish rugs, and regal chandeliers. These details merge to create an atmosphere that honors traditional craftsmanship while infusing the space with modern luxury. The restaurant’s large dining area is complemented by a lovely outdoor terrace, offering an inviting contrast of indoor luxury and outdoor relaxation.
Cordelia is a more casual dining venue, offering a modern culinary experience with live stations and diverse international menu items. Its contemporary design, paired with an immersive wine selection, creates a refined atmosphere where guests can enjoy delicious cuisine throughout the day while also enjoying the panoramic views. Cordelia is also the ideal destination for afternoon tea, offering a refined and elegant setting that perfectly complements this tradition. The stunning views over Palm Jumeirah and the surrounding gardens further enhance the experience, providing a tranquil backdrop for guests to unwind and enjoy an afternoon treat.

For classic Italian indulgence, Signor Sassi brings its iconic flavors from London to Dubai with charming, maximalist décor and hearty dishes. These exceptional restaurants are situated within beautifully landscaped gardens, providing an immersive dining experience amid nature.

Here is also where you’ll find the bright and colorful Dip Pool Bar, where guests enjoy small bites, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, healthy smoothies, mocktails, pizza, and more while spending the day by the pool. While I enjoy relaxing poolside, I took full advantage of my opportunity to visit Kyma Beach Club, an adults-only beach club. The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm has a partnership with the beach club, allowing hotel guests access during their stay. It was a lively, picturesque beach club on a private beach with plenty of loungers and lots of attentive servers. The drinks were great, and the food was exceptional. It was well worth a visit.
