The micro-tech that has delivered the processing power of our cell phones is a Neanderthal banging two rocks compared to modern medical sciences. The unrelenting waves of deeper understanding regarding body processes are due in part to a broader demographic database and empiricism over time.


The processing speed of artificial intelligence (AI) is a force multiplier on the front lines of advancements in every sector. Never before have we had the ability to process this amount of data from unlimited sources, across languages, for broad and specific targeted results. What will come in the next 5 years will increase the quality of our lives greater than in the last 50+ years. 


How can I apply technology to my skin? I am glad you asked. It has not yet reached a viscous state however, I will try to smooth out the benefits for your understanding. 

  • We should delight in the variety of our body types. For a variety of reasons, we have stubborn fatty deposits in an uncomfortable or otherwise unflattering location. Ice, radio frequency (RF) ultrasound, light, and lasers are used to meet your body's needs for an efficient and effective fat reduction treatment.

  • The accuracy of AI in identifying your specific skin type is light-years beyond any physician on the planet or group combined. It can diagnose skin conditions and pinpoint a treatment plan remotely. RF Microneedling uses frequencies that vibrate tiny needles to shape the skin by moving and disrupting cells. AI will trade mass area treatments for precise and short treatments. 

  • More frequency waves are used in electromagnetic muscle stimulation. Bruce Lee would tell you it is not a new technology, and not it is the least invasive procedure to sculpt your body, burn fat, and tighten you to a natural appearance. That is nice tech, thank you. 

  • AI sorts the data from infrared imaging to classify and attack cellulite with ultrasonic equipment as though it were an enemy. That alone makes AI a friend of mine. 

  • Pew-pew-pew, break out the lasers again. It's time for a precision strike on skin tightening. There are several technologies and treatments available to stimulate collagen production with RF, ultrasound, and lasers. This is not new tech but magnified with, you guessed it, AI. 

  • Beginning with tiny bursts of light, Intense pulse light (IPL) lasers can be increased, focused, or diffused to accomplish so much more than originally dreamed. Skin texture, tones, lines, wrinkles, sun damage, and turn back the hands of time by encouraging natural collagen production. Hence natural facial rejuvenation results.


I am becoming more comfortable with AI taking over that part of the world. For comparison, AI can process data and produce targeted, useable reports in an instant, which would take 1000 subject matter experts a month. Its growth is exponential, and these are some of the many benefits we can reap before it takes over. I jest.


Nu Skin wields AI to yield distinctive client experiences by controlling galvanic currents, and that is way over my head but excellent for my face. Leveraging AI tools against individual characteristics and unique markers is the priority for dermatologists. 


As our epidermis naturally forms from within, what we intake is an important responsibility. A healthy, proper fat and oil intake is necessary. You cannot splash oil on the outside of your ute and hope it gets in. If I have to tell you what healthy fats are, we have found the root cause of many skin and wellness issues.
