3 villas and 15 bungalows, built with natural materials, are hidden in the lush jungle. A king-size bed and an outdoor hanging sofa bed suspended by a marine rope highlights the luxury of Morgan’s Rock Ecolodge. The private pools and breathtaking ocean views set the relaxed pace of the place. The location of all bungalows were chosen based on the fewest trees to be felled, in some cases taking advantage of the elimination of dead trees. Some bungalows even have a tree growing through the roof and they all feature a terrace that has its own private outdoor shower.
Guests love eating at Morgan’s Rock, whether it’s their charming restaurant overlooking the ocean, or a delicious breakfast made with handmade omelettes and pico de gallo at the Ecolodge farm. Morgan’s Rock gets 60% of its ingredients from their organic garden. Guests are welcome to visit this farm, where they can help by collecting eggs, milking cows, or just relaxing and enjoying a rustic breakfast cooked in the fireplace. They will even learn to make delicious homemade tortillas.
