Osprey Custom 4x4, the world-renowned custom vehicle builders based in Castle Hayne, North Carolina, are thrilled to present their latest endeavor — this handsome Fuji White 5-Door Station Wagon – an evolutionary SUV featuring modern technology wrapped in acclaimed motoring legacy.

Starting with a new, hot-dipped galvanized chassis, this striking build was completed by our talented Team of Master Craftsmen in December 2022. A spirited 6.2L Corvette LS3 V8 mated to a precise-shifting 6L80E 6-speed automatic transmission with a PCS® push-button gear selector with LED display distributes power through a heavy-duty, center differential lock-equipped LT230 transfer case to all four wheels ensuring the robust 435+ horsepower and 445+ pound-feet of torque makes it to the ground. Powerful front and rear disc brakes ensure stops are quiet, safe, quick, and efficient.

The upgraded, heavy-duty front and rear axles are situated by slightly elevated Terrafirma® shocks and springs, Terrafirma® caster-corrected front and cranked rear radius arms, track rod, drag link, and Terrafirma® steering damper, all protected by a heavy-duty aluminum front skid plate. It rides on bold, satin black 18-inch Iconisus® “ICON7” alloy wheels wrapped with 275/70R18 Goodyear® Wrangler Territory® MT (Maximum Traction) tires — offering superb traction, on or off-road and its open tread design helps the tread clear mud from the tire and provides the traction you need even when the pavement ends.

Get behind the leather-wrapped sport steering wheel and you’ll be greeted by our EXCLUSIVE, high-resolution, 12.3” widescreen digital instrument cluster displaying vital information such as speedometer, tachometer, voltmeter, engine temperature, fuel level, oil pressure, odometer, animated turn signals, animated “door open” and low/high beam indicator, date & time, current gear indicator, warning icons, and other important messages. Long gone are the days of “jumpy” fuel readings and dimly-lit analog dials.

Complimenting the high-tech gauges is a state-of-the-art infotainment system featuring an Atoto® S8 Android-based 7” HD capacitive touch-screen head unit with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto®, dual Bluetooth®, built-in Digital Signal Processor, and GPS navigation, housed in a satin black center fascia and backed by a rich sounding Rockford Fosgate® 8-speaker array powered by a Blaupunkt® 5-channel, 1600 watt amplifier. Security and convenience items include central locking, power front and rear windows, and a Viper® keyless entry system with remote starting.

The body, expertly finished in crisp Fuji White with contrasting gloss black roof, wheel arches, and trim, was carefully reunited with the chassis once back from our in-house body and paint shop. The deep-tinted, flush-fitting rear side- and rear quarter-glass panels lend an air of modern sophistication. “Osprey” engraved black anodized aluminum exterior door handles compliment the black billet aluminum door, bonnet, and windscreen hinges and enhance the stealthy appearance. The front end was treated to gloss black wing top chequer plate protection, a gloss black premium grille with custom “Osprey” badging, gloss black light surrounds, and side intake and forced-air wing top vents finished in gloss black with silver accents. The front bumper is home to LED running lamps, and the tubular rear step bumper accommodates a high-definition rearview camera, a 2" hitch receiver, and jacking/recovery points. A heavy-duty, swing-away rear tire carrier neatly wraps up the tail end.

Satin black, powder-coated tubular side steps assist with ingress and egress to the very well-appointed passenger cabin, where you’ll find a modern-style dash that provides excellent heating and air conditioning — ensuring the occupants are comfortable year-round. The heated front sport seats are upholstered in Exmoor Trim® XS-Spec Black Rack & ½ Leather with contrasting white stitching, as are the 3 flat-folding, high-back middle-row seats, and 4 stowable, side-facing rear seats. This 9-passenger Station Wagon is equipped with rear air conditioning nestled in the leather-wrapped center console, providing your guests with additional cooling on those hot summer days. The console is also fitted with a convenient storage cubby, a wireless fast-charging pad for mobile devices, USB charging points, and two oversized aluminum cup holders. The front windscreen is heated for those extra-brisk mornings, and to top it all off, the headliner is swathed in Charcoal Alcantara.
