Park Hyatt Los Cabos Resort & Residences

Los Cabos, situated on the Baja California Peninsula, is renowned for its world-class resorts, championship golf courses and stunning residences. In the past few years, the famed resort corridor marked the arrival of prestigious names like Four Seasons, Rosewood and Montage. Yet the excitement continues with Park Hyatt, as the brand will be opening a resort, spa and offering luxury residences in the corridor’s Cabo Del Sol community in 2025, marking its debut in Mexico. Plus, Soho House is set to open by the end of 2025, bringing its famous club environment to the Pacific sand.

“Park Hyatt and Soho House are joining an elite roster of high-end properties located along the popular corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo,” said Victoria Hermosilla Gomez-Cuetara, Head of Residential at SOMA Group, the company delivering both brands to the region. “We are excited to enter the Cabo market and become part of the well-loved Cabo Del Sol development.”

Cabo Del Sol, which has been an established development for the past 30 years, is known for Jack Nicklaus’ beloved Cove Club Golf Course, formerly the Ocean Course and the Cabo Del Sol Course, formerly the Desert Course, originally designed by Tom Weiskopf. Cabo Del Sol is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Los Cabos as it offers over two miles of a breathtaking coastline and rare swimmable beach.

SOMA, a leader in the real estate industry with over 50 years of experience, specializes in mixed-use developments, hospitality, retail, art and office spaces. “Our company is renowned for creating transformative destinations that elevate the quality of life, and we expect to do the same for Cabo Del Sol,” said Hermosilla Gomez-Cuetara.

SOMA’s project at Cabo Del Sol includes Park Hyatt Los Cabos Residences at Cabo Del Sol, which will be comprised of an intimate collection of 11 branded and furnished villas and 8 branded and furnished residences. Residents will have access to two miles of coastline including a rare swimmable beach. Plus, they can play the Cabo Del Sol Course and have the opportunity to apply for a membership at the world-renowned Cove Club complete with access to the private Cove Club Course. Owners may also put their homes into Park Hyatt’s rental program.

Being built alongside Park Hyatt Los Cabos Residences is the Park Hyatt Los Cabos, a luxury resort slated to open in April 2025. The five-star resort will feature 163 guestrooms and suites, upscale amenities, including five pools; an expansive 59,000-square-foot fitness and wellness center; five unique culinary experiences plus a Beach Club and Bar; meeting and event spaces and access to the recently renovated Cabo Del Sol Course.

Also nearby will be Soho House Los Cabos, which is set to debut late 2025 and will be outfitted with a beach club, luxury hotel, restaurants and bar.

SOMA is also creating an exclusive new retail and lifestyle destination within walking distance from both Park Hyatt and Soho House called Ánima Village. Ánima will have outposts of the world’s top retail brands next to award-winning restaurants, and it will be open to the public.

“SOMA’s approach emphasizes community-centric experiences where both residents and guests enjoy easy access to services and amenities, fostering a connected and dynamic lifestyle,” said Hermosilla Gomez-Cuetara.

Homes are now for sale at Park Hyatt Los Cabos Residences at Cabo Del Sol with five-bedroom villas starting at $10.5M and four-bedroom residences start at $5.47M.

Villa 8, with a price-tag of more than $12 million, is one of the standout residences currently available for purchase. The fully furnished and well-appointed home touts more than 9,000 square-feet of indoor living space with five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. The 2,540 square-feet of outdoor living spaces includes a covered terrace with lounging areas, a private pool and hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and other amenities.
