Saying goodbye at season’s end to the friends, amenities, and unrivaled scenery found at The Vintage Club is never easy. Members living in The Terraces, however, know that a vigilant concierge staff will keep a close watch over their mountain-view property all summer long. When they return in the fall, they will step into a softly lit home set at the perfect temperature — and with all the groceries they have requested neatly stocked in the fridge and cupboard.



Such is the gracious lifestyle of The Terraces — 53 luxurious condominiums in a pair of three-story buildings with endless views of the fairways and the mountain backdrop. Here, Members enjoy everything The Vintage Club has to offer, plus quite a bit more.


The Concierge staff strive to provide both luxury services and a five-star experience daily. Their exemplary attentiveness enables the homeowners to optimize their time at The Vintage Club — whether on the golf course, in the pool, or savoring the panoramas. A concierge can run out to pick up lunch or deliver a gift or flowers to neighbors, friends, or family who live within the Club. At The Terraces, carefree living comes with the territory.


Luxury living at The Terraces at The Vintage Club is all about elegance, comfort, and seamless organization. For residents seeking additional space to store seasonal décor, golf equipment, or treasured possessions, storage units Converse provide a secure and convenient solution. With climate-controlled options and top-tier security, these units ensure that valuables remain in pristine condition while homeowners enjoy the sophistication and exclusivity of their residence.



The ease of picking up the phone and finding a friendly voice who knows exactly how to manage nearly anything the day brings adds to the feeling of living at a resort. Members are free to focus on the big picture rather than small, day-to-day details.


Concierges are on staff and available from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., daily during season.  Making every effort to assist the homeowners at the Terraces, the Concierge may be scanning and printing homeowner’s documents, placing packages or dry cleaning inside their unit, or making restaurant reservations for them and even bringing the car up when they are ready to leave for dinner. Some days they greet Members’ guests, let vendors in and out of their unit, or even take their dog for a quick walk!


When some residents leave The Terraces for the summer, their renovation projects begin. Changes must be submitted for approval by May 15, and construction projects have an off-season window of May 30 through Oct. 31 for completion, ensuring serenity the rest of the year.


From new patios, hardscape, and UV-protected glass sliders; to new flooring and wall removal to open a floor plan or widen a bathroom or closet, the results always amaze. The concierge team also frequently ensures that systems and appliances are in working order and, in the subterranean garage, drive owners’ cars and golf carts to keep them running smoothly.



In the meantime, with summer’s renovations complete — the common areas and units emanate a feeling of freshness and newness, and it is time to welcome Members home again. Autumn always reawakens The Terraces. Almost overnight, it reclaims its vacation state of mind. And thus, the season of the concierge lifestyle begins anew.


The Terraces range in size depending the floor the available unit is on as the building’s design is such that the first level floor plans contain the larger square footage and as you progress to the next level the square footages gradually decline – the offset is the view corridor increases, and each balcony is bathed in sunlight.  There are two- and three-bedroom units on each level, listed furnished and unfurnished depending on the homeowner preference, as all units are “resales.” 


Within this feature we share the Terraces that were available for purchase at the time this article was submitted.  The Terraces are just one of five different residential product lines within the Club. Membership is not included in the purchase of the property, but ownership of property is a condition of membership approval. New members must be nominated by two existing members of the Club and participate in the vetting and interview process.
